Nicole M. Labonte
PARTNER
Nicole M. Labonte, Esq., is a partner property damage attorney with PALUMBO LAW. Nicole’s practice is dedicated to 100% litigation. A very heavy concentration of Nicole’s practice is fire loss, water damage, property damage and insurance law litigation. Nicole regularly holds insurance companies responsibly for wrongfully denying, delaying and underpaying property damage insurance claims. She also often protects insureds who are being bullied by property damage insurance companies with examination under oaths and other property damage claim investigation type tactics.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Richard Palumbo, LLC, Nicole worked as a law clerk to the Honorable (now Chief) Justice Paul A. Suttell in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and gained significant legal experience litigating as an associate for other notable law firms. Before clerking, Nicole graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor for the Law Review. In 2001, Nicole graduated magna cum laude and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
